Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a Volo account or start a trial. Please read them; they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Who we are

Volo is provided by Sully Digital Limited, trading as Volo, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE415656) with its registered office at Griva Digeni 81, Marinos Court, 1st & 2nd floor, 6043 Larnaca, Cyprus. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Sully Digital Limited. “You” means the person or organisation using Volo. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Using Volo

Volo is a tool for planning, creating and publishing social media content. You must be at least 16 to use it, and under-18s need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to buy a paid plan. If you use Volo for an organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure, and tell us at support@letvolo.com if you think your account has been misused. You’re responsible for activity in your account.

3. Plans, trial and payment

Our plans, prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page, and confirmed at checkout before you pay, together with any taxes.

Free trial. New customers can start with a free trial, one per person or business. A payment card is needed to start it, and you won’t be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends.

Payment and renewal. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year, depending on what you chose, until you cancel, and we charge you at the start of each billing period. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause paid features until it’s made.

4. Credits

Some features, such as AI generation and video rendering, use credits. Your plan includes credits as shown on the pricing page. Included credits belong to the billing period they come with and don’t carry over. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. We may change how many credits a feature uses; changes apply from then on.

5. Changing or cancelling your plan

You can change or cancel your plan at any time in your billing settings. Upgrades start straight away and are charged for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades, and changes from yearly to monthly billing, take effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your subscription won’t renew. Payments aren’t refunded for partly used billing periods, except where the law requires it.

6. Your content

You own the content you upload or create in Volo. You allow us to store, process and send it only as needed to provide Volo and carry out your instructions, such as publishing a post.

You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload and publish, including music, images, voices and other people’s likenesses, and for checking content before you publish it, including anything created with AI features.

7. Social platforms

Social platforms set their own rules and technical limits, which can change, and decide what is published and how it appears. We can’t guarantee that a post will publish at an exact time or exactly as previewed. Connect only accounts you’re authorised to manage. Your use of each platform is also covered by its own terms.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use Volo to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, mislead, harass or spam, distribute malicious code or get around a platform’s rules, and don’t try to access other customers’ data or interfere with Volo.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates a legal or security risk. Where appropriate, we’ll tell you why. You can close your account at any time.

10. Our responsibility

We provide Volo with reasonable care and skill, but we don’t promise particular results, such as audience growth or sales, or that Volo will always be available without interruption.

If you use Volo for business, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update Volo, our prices and these terms. If a change affects your subscription, we’ll give you reasonable notice before it applies to you, and you can cancel if you don’t agree.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
